She was the brightest light in my life. She taught me to be bold and fancy. I observed her being bold and fancy and it rubbed off on me. “Take time to make things special she would say- whether wrapping a gift or setting a table…just make it nice. People are counting on you so be the one to do something extra.  Tell people how you feel.  If you think it, and feel it, then say it.  Keep good people in your life.  Get rid of the bad ones.  Your friendship and love is a gift to the world- you are a gift to the world. If a relationship is toxic or one-sided, rid yourself of it.  Weed your garden so the flower can grow.   Put energy in to the things you love. Make everything special. Have joy in your life at all times.  Be fancy. Be bold.” These are some things I learned from my grandmother.  She was my hero.
