Liz was a force of nature. She impacted everyone she met and truly made the world a better place. When she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at the age of 37, instead of asking “why me?”, she held a fundraiser on what would be her final birthday and raised $20,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Liz left behind a husband, a young son and many, many loved ones. Her legacy will ensure other families will not go through the same heartbreak. In her name, $1,000,000 has been raised for breast cancer research.
