She said she jumped and found her wings on the way down. She is quite accomplished yet remains humble. Post-acquisition integration is tough. Many moving parts, lots of personalities, high expectations and tight deadlines. She was quick to mention her amazing team and avoid the spotlight. I loved hearing about her experiences and the strong business relationships she has built over three decades. I feel blessed to know her and look forward to future projects with her. It is great to know like-minded women. I feel hope when I realize I am on this journey with someone like Barb. I am so glad our mutual friend thought to introduce us. What a sharp lady.
